Transfusion is a taut, muscular thriller with a strong emotional core. Ryan, a former Special Forces operative and his son Billy attempt to reconnect after they endure a profound loss. The son, displaced and constantly moving from town to town is on his last chance with the law. Now, his father must use his unique skillset and infiltrate the criminal underworld to safeguard his son’s future.

Matt Nable

Matthew Nable is an Australian film and television actor, writer, sports commentator and former professional rugby league player. After playing in the Winfield Cup Premiership during the 1990s for the Manly-Warringah and South Sydney clubs, he wrote and starred in the rugby league-centred drama The Final Winter in 2007. Nable went on to act in films such as Killer Elite, Riddick, Fell, Son of a gun, Hacksaw Ridge, Jasper Jones, The Dry as well as on many TV series.
