The Run is a gripping dystopian thriller set in the near-future, where Australia is ravaged by global lockdowns and a mysterious infertility crisis. Mac, an ageing smuggler with a tragic past, survives by reluctantly transporting contraband for his syndicate employers. His solitary life changes forever when he meets Aliah, a teenager fleeing ruthless captors. Aliah is carrying a precious cargo - the first infant born in years. Together, Mac and Aliah form an uneasy bond, fighting violent pursuers and risking everything to protect humanity’s last beacon of hope.
